I joined this project 2 months into initiation. Without a handover form the previous BA, I was required to instantly develop an understanding of the business and to take the lead on the data gather which included developing templates and working strategies. My participation was from early inception through to the deployment and the transitioning into the live business environment. The work I was involved in varied in nature and was from the initiation stage of detailed software and system specific requirement capture and validation through to software and hardware delivery. Tasks I was involved in cover all areas of the project lifecycle from requirements capture and customer journey designs, working with architects and developers to produce system specifications through to producing test scripts and signoff of UAT.
