The system is customer friendly and comes complete with video explanations of products. It is truly the most up to date, user friendly system available in the market place today. An independent survey of over 200 Business Managers across the UK voted Mann Island Finance their preferred broker partner. The Business Managers were given the choice of all the top brokers in the UK. We are proud to say that the result was a significant majority choose Mann Island Finance. From November 2015 to Present (2 months) Business Development Manager @ Following a very successful period at Rybrook Worcester as Business Manager another temporary position with Rybrook in the corporate team as Business Development Manager. This has been an opportunity I’ve looking forward to adding my own experience and product knowledge to. With a new initiative and focus being placed on the corporate sector by BMW UK and Rybrook taking the lead in supporting the local business community, this will be a great time to develop corporate sales for the BMW brand. As this is a temporary position I'm still looking for that ideal career move? From June 2015 to November 2015 (6 months) Business Manager @ Following some policy changes at Sytner Birmingham I decided to make a change and accept an offer to join Rybrook BMW in Worcester on a short term/temporary contract to help develop and implement a new FCA compliant sales process for the sales team. The process is now in place and within Q4 of 2014 we increase the F&I performance to +82% finance pen and +75% GAP insurance and SupaGard pen. My intention is to complete my short term contract here until a suitable new career opportunity or challenge comes to light with the right company and future prospects. From August 2014 to June 2015 (11 months) Sales Manager @ Internal group promotion on the back of a successful eight years at Sytner BMW Oldbury. I was Given the opportunity to reorganize and redevelop the used car department at BMW Birmingham starting with a £2.5mil rebuild and refurbishment of the entire site. The complete restructure of the used car department including building a new sales team from 6 then growing to 8 sales executives, introduce new processes including the use of a team business manager and a complete sales process. Restructure the used car admin team, prep and AUC system, employ and train a photographer and develop an internal studio for vehicle internet images, develop digital backgrounds to improve internet presents. Acquire fresh stock from within the Sytner group and from newly developed sources from around the UK. Maintain high standards of prep and presentation of 58 cars on display inside the showroom and over 60 cars on display outside on the used car pitch. Monitor pricing and internet presents, staff Rotas and holidays for the whole department. Deliver a constant sales rate of used cars, chassis profit and F&I contribution throughout each financial period and a constant team motivation to perform and deliver a result. From April 2012 to July 2014 (2 years 4 months) Birmingham, United KingdomSales Manager - Business Manager - Sales Executive @ Oct 2009 Sales Manager, Internal promotion from business manager, with a team of nine sales executives with differing skill levels, controlling all aspects of new and used car sales, stocking and promotions of the department. Developing a new performance review system to assist the management, training and coaching of the team. Managing all aspects of Sytner-net including uploading images, vehicle details and launching cars onto the internet. Controlling deal quality and vehicle pricing on a daily basis checking retail prices with other dealers within the local area and through the internet. Developing a network of dealers, traders and sales managers from other manufacturers from within Sytner and outside the group. After completing a 3 month training course I was offered my first Pub in Harbourne Birmingham (The Junction) turning the take from £3000 per week to over £8000 per week within 3 months implementing changes and improvements along the way. Bass then offered me a move to a flag ship Pub (The King George V) in Northfield Birmingham taking that from a £7000 a week pub to over £20000 a week take and reopening both disused function rooms and developing the food side in the business. From October 1993 to December 1995 (2 years 3 months) Birmingham, United KingdomPhotocopier & Fax Machine Sales Executive @ On returning to the UK due to a family illness I found myself selling RICOH copiers and fax machines for a small company that was in the middle of a takeover by Rentokil PLC. I reached top performing regional sales executive within year one and top UK executive by year two, receiving awards from the CEO of Rentokil Group.
