As Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition for Safeway, I had the privilege of helping Safeway build its single greatest asset, its Human Capital. I was selected to establish and develop the company’s first corporate talent acquisition function including impacting a complex technical IT organization. Having built a world-class organization, I ensured the creation and execution of an effective and efficient corporate talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
