Ensuring all REPOS systems are operational; running diagnostic tests and fixes and liaising with engineers in event of malfunction. In Manager’s absence, responsible for entire checkout, kiosk and customer service section, ensuring that the operation is compliant with Health and Safety issues and responsible for ensuring that staff are fully trained. Managing poor performance and setting clear objectives to improve performance to an agreed timescale.
