I administered all that HR required with a growing team (including the increase in Friday’s headcount by 50% in every year since 2012) The role included implementing the company benefits, managing reward, recruitment strategy, HR policies and procedures, the induction process, employee relations and support for the Senior Management Team. I was a member of the Head Office team of 3 responsible for global HR support and projects.
