+ Windchill upgrade - Migration from local ProEngineer CAD system to Global PACCAR Windchill/Creo system.
+ CleanAir Implementation - replacement of all Leyland's 56 Wireless Access Points and wireless LAN controllers
+ Completion of Windows 7 migration - all user and industrial PC systems migrated to Windows 7

+ CISCO Voice implementation - First implementation of Voice technology in PACCAR Global Voice system and successfully piloted migration from ISDN to SIP technology for all PACCAR sites.
+ Core Network Replacement - Replaced core network with CISCO Nexus based solution
+ Access Switch Replacement - Replacement of all 50 access switches throughout site with Cisco 3650s
+ PC Replacement - Rolling replacement of 250+ PCs and laptops
+ Industrial PC replacement - Replacement of aging 220 Wyse devices with new Dell based systems built using SCCM.
+ Segregation of Duty and SOx compliance project for Oracle EBS system.

+ Office refurbishment - additional 3rd floor and complete refurbishment of Leyland Trucks office including new office network and AV systems, desking and computer configuration room
+ New Computer room - design and implementation of a state of the art computer room based on PACCAR standards. Includes new CRAC units and cold aisle containment, standardisation of racking/equipment and Jacarta environment monitoring system. From December 2013 to Present (2 years 1 month) Head of Vendor Management (IT) @ Responsible for creating a strategy for managing the largest vendors for Morrisons IT department. From June 2013 to October 2013 (5 months) Middleware Services Manager @ Defined and created a middleware capability to support Morrisons highly complex Oracle SOA, Weblogic/OSB and Oracle Data Integrator ODI 10g and 11g estate.
Led a permanent team of 8 people with 22 supplier/contract resources.
Responsible for all Morrisons 24/7 integration between trading, manufacturing, finance, HR, supply chain and multichannel systems. From January 2011 to July 2013 (2 years 7 months) Bradford, United KingdomHead of Oracle Projects @ Delivered an Oracle based Enterprise Data Warehouse Solution and provided integration solution to the existing JD Sports estate.
Created an in house ORPAS capability from scratch on a very limited budget.
Successfully managed a large number of successful projects and grew the Oracle team from 1 to 8 staff in 18 months.
Introduced ITIL Service Management to JD and developed a structured training plan for the IT department. From January 2008 to May 2009 (1 year 5 months) Operations/IT Systems Director @ Created new bespoke systems for clients to improve their delivery performance to large UK retailers.
Delivery performance increased from 22% accuracy to over 98% accuracy within 8 months. Significant cost savings made for furniture factory clients whilst delivering KPI busting results to their customers.
