Collaborate with our Corporate teams and Customer Trade Marketing Managers and establish annual objectives that meet corporate category volume, brand volume, market share, promotional spending, logistical efficiencies, and profit objectives.Executes distribution, shelving, merchandising, pricing (DSMP) objectives agreed to during the business planning process.Shares results and feedback with internal teams regarding customer, category, brand and competitive activity. Review information about WM strategy chanages, category dynamics within WM, competitors strategy within WM and division specific dynamics and results. Penetrates mid-level and upper level management of the Walmart coporate team in order to align customer and corporate objectives. Major focus with Middle and Senior Level Walmart contacts. Manages and controls operating costs in the areas of, but not limited to, trade investments, office space and supplies, travel and entertaining expenses, and other expenses directly under our divisions control. From October 2000 to July 2013 (12 years 10 months) Bentonville, ArCorporate Development Manager @ Sara Lee Managed the entire Meat portfolio which consisted of Hillshire, Ballpark, Jimmy Dean, Bryan, Kahns & State Fair brands for the 1,110 store chain. Started with Bryan Foods in 1995 which was one of our major southeast brands in the early 1990's. Successfully integrated and developed all Territory Sales and Marketing plans for new and existing items. Directed the brand consolidation of multiple teams into one portfolio.
