• Recently wrapped up a project with Northrop Grumman Intelligence Systems (2nd tour of duty with Northrop), recruiting for NSA-based positions. Openings included Cyber Software Engineers, Systems Engineers and Admins and Test Engineers, all requiring Full Scope Poly clearances. Through cold sourcing, had an immediate and verifiable impact on the business, increasing weekly candidate Open House attendance by over 150%, which had a positive impact on year-end hiring. Due to cuts in funding, contract is slated to wrap up January 31, 2011.
• Recruiting Innovators just completed a direct-bill 3-month Statement of Work contract with Ciena working onsite supporting Finance, IT and the Project Management Office, and has signed on with ASRC Federal for RPO work for pending government proposals.
• Successfully completed a 2 year onsite contract with Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems (6/08-6/10). Responsible for the recruitment of various high-level TS/SCI cleared engineering candidates, with an average fill ratio of 2 per week, for a total of 200 fills. Supported Advanced Concepts & Technology Development, Land Forces, Mission Assurance, Government Systems and C4ISR Networked Systems divisions.

• ASRC Federal – Ongoing RPO work for pending government proposals. Successfully filled 6 contingent positions in less than 45 hours of bill time, allowing ASRC to submit a government bid ahead of schedule.
• RWD Technologies – successfully completed 8 month contract. By keeping the IT and Finance recruitment "in-house", I was able to save RWD approximately $200k (which would have been spent on staffing firms) over an 8 month period. From June 2007 to Present (8 years 7 months) Sr. Technical Recruiter @ Responsible for high volume sourcing and recruiting of IT, Engineering and Manufacturing Professionals.
