Technical Recruiter @ Apex Systems’ Philadelphia branch was founded in 2001 to provide IT staffing and services in the Tri-state region including: the Greater Philadelphia area, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. The Philadelphia branch currently supports 55 clients, including over 20 Fortune 500 companies. Our clients span industries including government services, telecommunications, financial and banking services, insurance, healthcare/medical, e-Commerce, publishing, and food services. We have a team of dedicated technical recruiters and account managers to support both our client base and contractor community, and use a skill-focused recruiting methodology. - Network with local User Groups, Technical Schools and Technology Evangelists to grow and enhance the technical personnel community
- Source potential candidates by utilizing Apex’s proprietary database, referrals, User Groups, job boards and advertising
- Maintain a “best in class” screening process by meeting all candidates for face-to-face interviews, conducting reference checks and administering technical tests
