Founder & Owner Paul Rhodes London Ltd @ Paul Rhodes London Ltd is an Artisan Bakery supplying wholesale and retail to many of London’s finest hotels, restaurants, large contract caterers and sporting venues.
In 2015 they undertook a huge investment to expand their current production site located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Designed using the latest bakery technology, this has streamlined production allowing them to deliver the ever increasing demand for fine artisan quality breads and pastries.
Paul Rhodes is a Michelin star chef having trained with masters Pierre Koffman at La Tante Claire and Nico Landenis at Chez Nico. Paul always knew he wanted to start his own business and in 2003 he launched Paul Rhodes London Ltd specialising in Artisan Bread and Pastry.
As a young chef, Paul perfected the art of making bread trained by Koffman who was renowned throughout London for his speciality bread making.
Paul moved to Chez Nico, heading up one of the toughest known kitchens in London and helped Nico achieve his third Michelin Star - the highest accolade in the industry.
Paul then went on to launch his own bakery with one mixer and an oven. 12 years on, his team of over 50 bakers and pastry chefs produce daily freshly baked, hand crafted products using the finest ingredients and delivered directly to our customers door in their fleet of Paul Rhodes London vans.
