VP of Marketing @ MARKETING EXECUTIVE: Currently lead marketing strategy and marketing team. BRAND MARKETING: Responsible for bringing the Porch brand to life and sharing it with the world. This includes positioning work, narrative design, visual identity, and brand awareness. PR support and product support.
GROWTH & ACQUISITION: Lead pro acquisition and support consumer growth efforts. Responsible for growing our overall marketplace, and assuring member satisfaction. Both paid and inbound marketing, CRO, LPO, and customer journey mapping.
RETENTION: Lead pro and consumer retention teams, which aim to delight and engage our homeowners and professionals in beautiful ways. Email, on-site messaging, mobile messaging. This includes customer interviews, voice of the customer discovery, and feedback channel response.
SOCIAL: Lead all social strategy across both primary and secondary platforms. Responsible for social team and social roadmap. Community building, influencer programs, blogger program, and content amplification.
CONTENT: Lead content strategy for both consumer and pro audiences. My content team is responsible for building and delivering valuable, unique and special content experiences that attract new audiences and engage existing Porch community members.
MARKETING DESIGN: Responsible for marketing site experience and visual design, all external collateral, OOH design, and brand visual identity.
