Samples: http://cargocollective.com/igbuch/filter/webdesign From 2009 to 2013 (4 years) Researcher in Biomedicine/Computational Biophysics @ PhD project: "Investigation of protein-ligand interactions using high-throughput all-atom molecular dynamics simulations".
Research focused on exploiting GPUGRID.net for protein-ligand binding experiments using molecular dynamics simulations [Buch I et al., JCIM 2010].
At the initial phase, we implemented and applied a high-throughput protein-ligand binding affinity calculation protocol [Buch I et al, JCTC 2011]. In the final phase, we are focused on the reconstruction of small-ligand binding processes using unbiased MD simulations [Buch I et al, PNAS 2011; Giorgino T et al, JCTC 2012].
I was also GPUGRID's Web Developer and Community co-Manager. From June 2009 to June 2012 (3 years 1 month) Barcelona Area, SpainFreelance Presentation Designer @ I help others plan, produce and rehearse presentations. From 2010 to 2012 (2 years) Barcelona Area, SpainMSc in Bioinformatics for Health Sciences @ Master thesis on the GPUGRID.net project:
Molecular dynamics simulations. Development and implementation of methods for high-throughput free-energy calculations on accelerator processors. Main focus on calculation of protein-protein binding affinities.
