From December 2013 to April 2014 (5 months) Project and Operations Manager @ Lionbridge I was responsible for managing Crowdsourcing production on the Lionbridge Enterprise Crowd-sourcing platform. I took a proactive approach to putting together innovative solutions for our enterprise customers, monitoring production and carefully analyzing results. From June 2013 to December 2013 (7 months) Greater Denver AreaGlobal Program Director @ Lionbridge I developed and managed strategic global accounts providing localization and globalization services. From November 2007 to June 2013 (5 years 8 months) Senior Localization Analyst @ Lionbridge Responsible for analyzing new localization projects and preparing project quotes and proposals, liaise with the international technical support network within Lionbridge, provide ongoing sales support and solutions development for new and continuing projects, serve as a primary escalation point for localization tools and many project and non-project technical issues, evaluate, evaluate and support deployment of new tools and processes for production and project management, train and support junior technical positions as well as non-technical staff and administer on-line CBT content for Lionbridge employees in the western states. From May 2003 to August 2005 (2 years 4 months) Director of Technical Services @ Lionbridge Managed a team of over 20 engineers and DTP specialists in a demanding production environment. From June 1999 to May 2003 (4 years) Business Unit Manager @ Lionbridge Responsibilities included managing the Business Unit project management staff in order to satisfy customers and corporate expectations: to grow the business unit revenue and profitability; to support the sales team in closing new business; to ensure all projects of the business unit are delivered on time meeting customer specifications and on a profitable basis; to optimize staffing and ensure career evolution for all team members; to ensure financial results are correctly estimated and reported to the site controller and to actively contribute to the Boulder site management team.Projects include globalization consulting, software development, functional and linguistic software testing (sometimes in partnership with VeriTest) and localization for strategic accounts. From August 2005 to November 2007 (2 years 4 months) Director of Solutions @ Moravia I managed Moravia's Solutions team to visualize, create and deploy innovative language services. I focus on process, building volume solutions and managing global cross-functional teams. I enjoy finding creative and practical solutions that fit the needs of all stakeholders. From April 2016 to July 2018 (2 years 4 months) Boulder, COProgram Director @ Moravia I worked with 2 primary strategic accounts during my time in this role. One started with a troubled customer relationship at 20k per month to a successful program delivering over 400k per month and growing rapidly before handing it off. The other was a new relationship that I grew to 800k per month while driving the implementation of workflow efficiency, quality assurance, and assessment infrastructures.
