As Development Chief, I organized all matters regarding the training of new EMT-Bs including class room instruction, preparation for state certification, and maintenance of licensing. From April 2012 to May 2013 (1 year 2 months) Summer Intern @ Worked to increase connections between medically under-served Chicago residents and medical care: Researched strategies to improve emergency room efficiency and reduce non emergent visits by providing attractive, alternative sources of care. Designed and implemented modifications to existing programs to increase their efficiency. Conducted an extensive literature review to support program decisions.
