Outside of work I thoroughly enjoy the gym and like to go at least 3 times a week in addition to training at home on the off nights. I believe being dedicated and committed to keeping fit and healthy stems into my other day to day activities and helps combat negativity and laziness. I enjoy eating healthy. I also enjoy sports and play football on Saturday's and Sunday's. I love travelling to new places. Energy Consultant @ I currently work as an energy consultant at Utilitywise Plc. The job role includes b2b cold calling, identifying the lead decision maker and identifying clients requirements with regards to their gas and electricity usage. Selling a range of different services/products to ensure the client gets the very most out of their current energy contracts. Working alongside the business and the suppliers I tailor a bespoke package to fit the company's needs. This includes procurement, tendering out to our range of suppliers, fitting needs with necessary contract length, preferred supplier, optional products to reduce usage, account management, updates on market activities, VAT analysis, bill analysis, ensuring accurate readings are used for the purpose of correct billing. I currently work with the whole process from generating the lead from a data prospect sheet all the way through to closing the sale and agreeing set rates etc with customer. After point of sale I also ensure to maintain a point of contact with the client should any issues arise. In this role I work towards targets and KPI's. I demonstrate excellent time management and continuously increase on my market knowledge to ensure I am always getting the very most out of each customer encounter. I worked for Barclays as a simple service agent handling bill payments, money transfers and financial advice. From October 2014 to January 2015 (4 months) Retention Specialist @ During my time at EE I worked as a retention specialist dealing with selling phone contracts to existing customers. Targets included up selling to a higher contract to maximise revenue. In addition to this I was also targeted to cross sell broadband, tablets, additional contracts and mobile wifi devices. I worked towards KPI's which included customer satisfaction surveys, time management, percentage of customers retained and cross sales total. The role required a high level of rapport building, problem solving, empathy and market knowledge. From March 2013 to October 2014 (1 year 8 months) Customer Service @ My role at NPower was my first call centre job and was based in the home movers department. Although the title was customer service advisor I worked in a sales environment where we were expected to retain the customer moving house and sell them a contract for their new premise. My role as a homemovers advisor included market knowledge, rapport building, empathy, and being able to give the customer a reason to take us on to their new house. Other duties also included handling payments, Bill analysis, converting customer onto direct debit payments, scheduling appointments for engineers and maintaining the customers accounts with due care and diligence. From November 2011 to April 2013 (1 year 6 months) Garage Assistant @ Assisted with setting up the new business, painting, shelving, cleaning and general labouring.
