From July 2014 to May 2015 (11 months) Burlington, MAHead of Services Applications (formally Nokia) @ Microsoft Responsible for building and maintaining a highly skilled team of 50 engineers, product owners and vendors to manage the entire lifecycle of products from design and development to testing and deployment of services to support the discovery and engagement with apps across Nokia devices.On time and on budget delivery of multiple mobile applications across a broad range of devices and ecosystems.Achievements• Migration of a consumer based Discovery app to a Social experience including Facebook & Twitter integrations.• Implementation of a Continuous deployment model for mobile applications delivered across WindowsPhone, Android & S40 mobile ecosystems. Reduced delivery times from 3 months to 4 weeks.• Improved predictability of Roadmap and Backlog estimation processes by 50%. • Creation of an Innovation and Concepting program.• Improved API service quality by introducing continuous integration techniques utilising Jenkins and automated testing.
