I have seven years generalist HR experience. I can bring enthusiasm to HR and I have acquired a range of experience and skills that would allow me to contribute and grow in your energetic and challenging HR department. I am a highly motivated, organised and pro-active individual with the ability to maintain a sense of humour. Senior HR Advisor @ Responsibilities:
• Employee relations: Independently managing a full range of HR issues within service line.
• Performance Management: Managing performance issues and employee probation reviews, supporting with the twice-yearly salary and performance review processes and completing exit interviews.
• Recruitment & Selection: Managing entire lifecycle of recruitment drives within service line.
• Payroll: Managing the monthly payroll within service line.

• Performance Management: Supporting with the mid-year and annual performance processes; coaching management; inputting and analysing of the appraisal data, and producing reports for senior management.
• Payroll: Supporting the HR-Coordinator in monthly payroll input onto SAP and Payroll.
• Ad-hoc: Assisting the HR Generalist Lead in creating and implementing various People Initiatives in line with business needs, coaching line managers in the implementation of their people responsibilities and contributing to the creation and amendment of relevant compliant policies and procedures in support of HR lead, supporting with benefits renewals, on-boarding of new employees, and line management of the HR Coordinator. • Performance Management: managing the administration of the company appraisal scheme; coaching management; analysis of the HR data and producing reports for senior management.
• Absence Management: daily management of the flex clock with staff holidays and absences; analysis of sickness and punctuality data for all staff, and managing secretarial cover.
• Recruitment & Selection: coordinating all recruitment drives and administration, including initiating offer letters, contracts, references and applicant responses; completing support staff interviews; maintaining HR record systems and personnel files, and managing the on-boarding process. From November 2010 to December 2013 (3 years 2 months) Senior HR Assistant @ · Responsibilities: recruitment; learning and development; completing Home Office visa applications and BAA airport security passes; maintaining employee files and the HR filing system; on-boarding new employees; leavers process; supporting the HR Manager, general HR administration.
