From June 2013 to January 2015 (1 year 8 months) Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul AreaDirector, Project Delivery Services (PDS) @ Managed a group of internal employees focused on Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis who were deployed to lead major enterprise initiatives at Best Buy. Leader responsible for coaching/mentoring of project based resources throughout the enterprise, development of the PDS group and the value it brought to the organization and adherence to company methodologies and standards.
