Head of HR Shared Services @ A Chartered MCIPD Human Resources professional possessing 12 years multi - site experience. I have recently returned from the Middle East where I gained valuable International experience within a global organisation.
I am a strong generalist HR Business Partner working with Operational Directors and their teams. My experience ranges from dealing with complex employee relations issues to delivering learning and development solutions as well as managing and delivering projects including those within global project groups.
Implementing, driving and imbedding a HR Shared Service model and culture throughout Wates and leading the delivery of a proactive, high quality, efficient, consistent and compliant HR service to the business;

Employee Relations:
- Undertook disciplinaries in compliance with Qatari Labour Law,

Projects:

- Created an Offshore Leadership Tool Box to ensure that Global procedures and practices were meaningful to the offshore population,
- Represented MOQ in a global project group to implement SAP HR. From June 2011 to September 2012 (1 year 4 months) QatarHuman Resources Manager @ - Support the Operations Director of Highways’ Projects and the relevant Highways’ Project teams.
- Operated on a multi-site basis throughout the UK with responsibility for over 700 employees.
Employee Relations/Law:
- Drove a high performance culture by challenging managers to appropriately apply performance and development principals,
- Managed complex disciplinary processes including termination negotiations and preparation for potential employment tribunals,
- Directed redundancy processes for Highways Projects as well as coordinating larger scale restructures within MCE.
Workforce Planning:
- Engaged and facilitated managers to develop annual resource and succession plans, supporting the diagnostics of team and individual development needs,
- Worked in conjunction with joint venture HR teams to ensure the appropriate HR action was taken. From May 2009 to July 2010 (1 year 3 months) Senior HR Business Partner @ - Worked within a diverse business with a complex Matrix structure..
- Managed an HR Administrator and acted as Mentor for a Junior HR Advisor,
- Working group member harmonising the terms and conditions of employment that existed within the business,
