•Diversified global finance responsibilities reporting to the “C” level of the organization and the Audit Committee of the BOD, including responsibilities in the corporate governance area and coordination with SEC/DOJ and the Company‘s independent examiner, leadership over the global coordination of Sarbanes/404 and SAP ERP implementation.
