Lak leads a team of data scientists (meteorologists, statisticians, data analysts, computer scientists and programmers) at the Climate Corporation. Our team builds highly scalable models that provide probabilistic estimates of past, current and future weather. Some of our products go directly to users, and others are inputs to downstream models that inform farmers' decisions.
