Having spent over a decade in web application development, I've honed my skills on what makes them tick. From implementation, to design, to refining them, I've played a part in every element of a web apps life. My passion is bringing automation, especially in the testing arena, into the mix. Though contributing to and spear heading several open source projects targeting the testing and building of applications, I hope to continue to raise the bar in what is expected from developers in the open and closed source communities.
I've participated in numerous open source communities, have spoken at conferences on two continents and in three countries on topics ranging from Git to XMPP.
My current passion is making things easier for other people. Whether that's making it easier for developers to deploy code, helping donors to make donations, or giving citizens tools to find out more information about their elected officials the name of my game is simplification.
