From November 2014 to Present (1 year 2 months) Greater Los Angeles AreaPrincipal Consultant @ OK, 1405i is my own company that I use for a myriad of Consulting Projects I work on in addition to my "tentpole" projects that are the High Points of my work experience that make it to my resume. 1405i was once Button Consulting, and Solution Resource before that. I am in a regular rotation of multiple week projects for a variety of Sub-Vendors. I have done work like this for nearly 15 years, but it's very difficult to detail in a resume. I designed and implemented a technical architecture consisting of SRM, ITSM, CMDB, BladeLogic, ADDM, and Zenworks; facilitating a full lifecycle Asset Management Solution for the customer in order to drive down TCO and to be able to react to audit activities more efficiently. From April 2011 to November 2012 (1 year 8 months) Houston, Texas AreaITSM Systems Architect @ NEC was my customer for 7 years. Over that duration I worked on 3 Major projects for NEC. The first was the systems setup and maintenance of a multi-national call center servicing customers in Japan from a US Overnight center in TX. I served as Systems Architect for a couple of years. The second project at NEC was the implementation of BMC's ITSP suite of products. I served as Both Systems Architect and Technical Implementation Lead concurrently. The Third Project was the implementation of BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6 which was not a straight upgrade but rather a migration of toolsets. I served as Technical Architect, Business Analyst, Technical Implementer, and DBA for this customer. From October 2005 to August 2012 (6 years 11 months) Dallas/Fort Worth AreaITSM Systems Consultant @ Rapid Technologies is a BMC Remedy partner facilitating sales and implementation of a wide array of BMC products. I served as an independent subcontractor for Rapid Technologies and worked on various projects for them over the years where needed. Because Rapid Technologies is a BMC partner I was exposed to a very broad and diverse spectrum of customers and systems. From September 2004 to April 2011 (6 years 8 months) Greater Denver AreaSystems Consultant @ This project was part of IBM Global Services' Outsourced Support line of business. I worked as a Systems Consultant for Xcel Energy. During my time there I worked as a Technical Systems Consultant Architecting and Implementing technical solutions for the customer. From August 2007 to July 2010 (3 years) Systems Architect @ I worked at T-Mobile as a Systems Architect building Network monitoring tools and Management Systems for T-Mobile's diverse line of Communications Products. The bulk of time was systems architecture of useage and provisioning systems. From January 2005 to January 2007 (2 years 1 month) Systems Architect @ The bulk of my time at Northrop Grumman was doing Systems Architecture of IT Systems to support the transition from the INS to the Dept of Homeland Security. This involved the architecture of all Network Monitoring and Call Center Systems in addition to the implementation of the overall solution.
I worked a few other projects at Northrop Grumman doing the same things as at DHS; however, they were for Armed Forces implementations. From January 2003 to December 2004 (2 years) Washington D.C. Metro AreaSystems Architect @ I Architected and constructed a very complicated and diverse HR Solution for Citigroup. This was a custom system that managed all aspects of the HR systems used by Citigroup and their various entities. I did this through a wide variety of tools and solutions. The main being BMC Remedy AR System, SAP, and Peoplesoft. From October 2001 to January 2003 (1 year 4 months) Systems Architect @ Worked as a Systems Architect at OAO which is now part of Lockheed. This project was as an Integrations Consultant between OAO a Asset Management vendor and NASA. this was done with a variety of scripting and Tools to achieve a seamless Asset Monitoring system. From March 2001 to October 2001 (8 months) Houston, Texas AreaSystems Architect @ I was the Remedy Technical Project Manager as well as lead developer. Re-Engineering, and providing fixes to Core Call Center Programming and procedures. Provided a customized HR/Facilities system for tracking employees HR Data. Successful integration of both GTE, and Bell Atlantic’s Circuit logistics and ordering systems during GTE’s transition to Verizon. This project was a catch-all Developer/BSA position. From March 2000 to February 2001 (1 year) Systems Consultant @ This was originally for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems which eventually became part of the new AT&T. During the project I worked on the construction of internal procurement system that provided ordering of all financial assets for the organization.
