I'm currently employed as an IT Specialist at Rabobank. I've been working for the Rabobank as a BSM and uCMDB Developer for over 5 years and have been involved in day to day operations as well as plenty of large projects and several taskforces. This involves getting new applications monitored by BAC and making it possible for environments to be scanned with uCMDB (asset detection). Daily work means implementing monitoring and/or asset detection for new business chains as well as working in projects or taskforces to solve problems that arise in business chains. I've been cooperating with HP on setting up uCDMB 8.0 within the Rabobank to scan the entire ICT Infrastructure which includes multiple federations as wel as a multitude of patterns which are being used. We are aiming to deliver at least 40 completely mapped applications. During this time I've also been the main contact for multiple Early Adaption programs with HP in which we get to see early versions of BAC and uCMDB. This way we can test the software and see if the new features would be an addition for the bank. We also give feedback on the new features and so HP can make adjustments or finetune them when necessary. Environments and applications that I've worked with include Tandem, z/OS, AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows 2000/2003/2008, MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Oracle, DB2, IBM HACMP, Microsoft IIS, Apache/Tomcat, VMWare ESX, MicrowSAP, Websphere, MQ, HP Server Automation, HP Operation Orchestration and Siebel. From June 2008 to April 2013 (4 years 11 months) Ketenbewaking Specialist @ As a Ketenbewaking Specialist I've done application support for Symantec I3 and have extensively worked with HP Business Technology Optimalization software like Sitescope, MAM/uCMDB and Business Availability Center.
