Financial Software Developer @ From June 2013 to Present (2 years 7 months) Graduate Research Assistant @ ========================== Lab startup ========================== - Designed and constructed a homebuilt nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer and cryo- genic probes - Devised and coded a graphical user interface (GUI) and its backend in LabVIEW for integrating hardware components of the homebuilt NMR spectrometer, and performing digital signal processing of NMR signals - Continuously improved performance and user experience of the GUI by gathering comments and suggestions from its users - Wrote detailed documentation for the GUI and various lab procedures, allowing more efficient training of newly-joined group members - Created a Mathematica library (4000+ lines) to automate post-processing, curve-fitting and sta- tistical analysis of experimental data.
