I enjoy working collaboratively to create prototypes, and have had experience working this way for new pitches which allows for quick bursts of creativity with small tight-knit teams. Worked on the February 2012 relaunch of BBC Sport online, the biggest refresh of the desktop site in 12 years. Took a leading development role working on the online coverage of Euro 2012.
