Technical Project Manager @ As a Technical Project Manager, I help drive progress on a number of infrastructure related projects with Rackspace. From December 2011 to Present (3 years 4 months) Austin, TXCloud Systems Analyst @ I worked with Engineering teams at Rackspace in order to define Hardware analysis to be used to aid in improving infrastructure reliability, and cost effective solutions. I've assisted in the creation of the models that we use to trend our analysis. I wrote processes as well as trained all of the Data Center staff on best practice procedures for our Backup systems that we still use today.
