It's a great day to be in real estate! Twenty plus years in the real estate industry has led me to hold various exciting positions within it. From volunteer leadership to MLS vendor relations, I have almost covered the full gamut of the industry. As an active licensed Broker, I am able to relate to the hands on experience in the real estate world which has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships within the various real estate brokerages. As a volunteer leader, I have sat on the Boards of The National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. I am the former President (2010-2011) of AACAR and I have also served on the Executive Committee of the Maryland Association of Realtors. I have attended Leadership seminars through the ASAE and am a graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors elite Leadership Academy. I have also chaired or co-chaired a number of committees for all three Associations and am currently serving on the NAR MLS Committee.
In 2013, I entered into the technology-vendor side of the industry with StreetEasy at the realm of their expansion into the DC Metro market. Zillow acquired StreetEasy in mid August 2013 and ceased the expansion efforts of the brand beyond its original NY base. Building on the skills and network from my background, I began my position with Homesnap in December 2013. I played an instrumental role in establishing a relationship with MRIS which led to Homesnap's first MLS partnership and current largest vendor partnership to date.
I remain passionate about and committed to the real estate industry and the belief in the necessity of Agents in transactions. I am so grateful for all of the opportunities that I have experienced and the personal relationships that have been established over the years. I am very excited about the future of this vibrant industry and thankful for the amazing people that I get to interact with everyday.
