Tasks - Act as the first point of contact for all merchant needs and questions during the implementation process. - Define the implementation objectives, best practices, plan and risks in coordination with the sales and product teams - Coordinate the configuration, setup and testing activities with the merchants and with the involved teams in Adyen. - Manage follow-up during the integration phases and train the merchants after their successful boarding. - Act as a technical specialist during presales meeting providing potential merchants a good overview of Adyen's Payment Processing Platform as well as possible improvements when switching to Adyen's solution. - Identify possible product and processes improvements From 2014 to 2015 (1 year) Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsTechnical Project Manager @ Working for B-to-B clients in Mexico, Panama, Nicaragua, Salvador, Costa Rica and Guatemala I planned, implemented and delivered projects of large VAS platforms and services deployment. Tasks - Acted as main point of contact for customers for technical, functional and project management issues. - Defined the scope of projects according to RFP and RFQ documents in cooperation with the pre-sales and sales team to avoid extra work and costs and by outlining work estimates for several projects. - Managed follow-up during development phases. - Planned and organized both remote and on-site deployment activities involving hardware and software, network, system and configuration needs. - Wrote and managed acceptance tests. - Trained customer teams after delivery of projects. Results - Delivered the first phase of a successful Data Recovery Center to eliminate downtime of critical value added services (credit recharge) and a Business Information Center for services usage analysis (one of the biggest sale for the Myriad Group in Latin America in 2011 and the first time this project was sold in Latin America). This involved planning and coordinating installation of 18 new servers in 2 locations (negotiated an 18% discount with the local provider on the price for these servers and the installation) and a software installation and upgrade of 30 servers by 3 engineers on 2 separate sites. All this was realized without downtime and without impact on live services for the client. - Implemented a Self-Care Solution (via HTML navigation) within strict deadlines that was built on top of a client platform. This project was a “first” for Myriad and one of the biggest sale in Latin America in 2012. After a successfull rollout, additional services and licenses were delivered.
