I am an innovative, results-driven program & product management executive with a passion for creating products that delight the customer. My product portfolio spans mobile devices, consumer electronics, pay-as-you-go service, mobile applications and wearables.
From startups to Fortune 50 companies, I am about creating, shaping and launching products into revenue generating business. I led the initiative to bring LTE to the Microsoft Surface product line -- launching it in US, Europe and Asian markets.
I excel at product challenges where there is no defined path, approach or road map. A market opportunity or vague customer problem is the ideal starting point for me. I have managed the development and delivery of multiple first generation products - mobility devices such as smart phone and tablets to personal devices such as wearables.
I created products adopted by millions of users world-wide that added $1.5B+ cumulative revenues to the top line. I launched from scratch over 3 data devices, 8 mobile phones, and 4 tablets in the past 10 years.
With a track record driving the entire product cycle, I am fluent in getting customer feedback, developing user scenarios, building product features, leading cross functional teams, prioritization and owning the product from concept into the hands of customers.
I am passionate about understanding the consumer, and an expert in putting together market analytics and product research to create innovative product solutions,
I am adept at building collaborations, agreement, and motivation in matrix teams including development, ID, operations, legal, finance and marketing around the shared objective of launching innovative new products.
My expertise is informed by a solid educational foundation with an MBA from UCLA, and Masters in Computer Science from University of California, Riverside.
