Sandbox instances can be provisioned, bootstrapped, tested and torn down on demand using resources in the cloud.* Introduced operational best practices that cut the number of tickets on-call gets by 40% in 3 months. Continue to drive improvements.* Define and drive development process for EBS Fleet Management team - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, test and release plans, incident reviews. Mentor and coach team members.* Refactor Fleet Management data model and migrate to DynamoDB in order to scale it out. Enables periodic monitoring tasks to work on deltas (changes since last run) instead of complete data sets. * Identify and implement metrics and monitors that enable early detection of slowly accumulating errors.
