I am a young software developer, most interested in increasing my knowledge and proficiency in C++, but the language doesn't really matter if the task is intriguing and challenging.
Among the things that intrigue me are distributed systems, multithreaded software (haven't really got a chance to serious develop multithreaded code yet) and common algorithms (for educational purposes). And I often stand in awe of some new for me Unix secrets each time I write a shell script.
During my years at university I have acquired knowledge of developing microprocessor systems, control systems design, theoretical mechanics and some higher mathematics courses.
As for my free time - I mostly code what I want using C++, would like to try Python out. I like reading programming books (Meyers, Martin and so on) and I enjoy arguing with my programmer friends about some new stuff some of us discovered.
Apart from professional interests, I love swimming, dancing, reading regular books (science-fiction, mostly), listening to music and going to live rock shows (Rammstein, U2, Depeche Mode).
