By reading and diving into each profile, being able to dictate what role they would be best rooted for and placing them into projects.
Spoke continuously with the Hiring Managers to show them the progress on each role I was working with, in respect to what designated field each manager was. Once getting candidates into the pipeline and process, I would work closely with each recruiter to transition my candidate to them.

From November 2014 to June 2015 (8 months) San Francisco Bay AreaHead Coach for Junior Varsity Volleyball @ In charge of holding separate tryouts to select the right amount of players for the team. Taking not only their skill level but their personality as well. In order for the team to be successful I had to bring the team together as one, one purpose and the same goals. Setting up practices, preparing the boys mentally, emotionally and physically for their matches. Acting not only as a coach but a mentor for the team as well. Held bi-weekly meetings with them to assess their academic goals, because under my personal philosophy, a student-athlete puts their academic life before their athletic life.
During the Spring 2014 Season: the team held an outstanding record of 27-1, going 12-0 in WCAL, winning 2 tournaments, and having the only loss coming in the championship game of our 3rd tournament. From January 2014 to January 2015 (1 year 1 month) San Francisco Bay AreaAssistant Coach for 17-1 Boys' Volleyball @ From August 2013 to January 2015 (1 year 6 months) Technical Recruiter @ In charge of full in-process hiring. Including sourcing, placing out job requisitions on various sites (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), cold-calling candidates about open jobs and recruiting for specific jobs in the fields of Information Technology (I.T.) and Engineering. Bellarmine College Preparatory is a part of the West Catholic Athletic League (WCAL), but Bellarmine is the only school that has a Freshman Boy's Volleyball Team because my team was an only freshman team we played against higher level Junior Varsity teams. In my first season as Head Coach, my team posted a 12-6 record. A 4-0 record in our exhibition games and an 8-6 record in tournaments.
After the Freshman Volleyball season ended, I became an assistant coach for the Junior Varsity and Varsity teams. Helping out with practices, coaching and in-game statistics. From January 2013 to January 2014 (1 year 1 month) Shipping and Receiving @ Providing services by transporting packages across campus to the academic departments, picking up packages and maintaining high customer value. Acted as a personal liaison with all departments to clear up any mistakes or certain requests asked by our staff/faculty. Occasionally would assist the Mailing department with their deliveries throughout Santa Clara University's campus. Acted as interim manager when he was out on vacation or called in sick. From February 2012 to July 2013 (1 year 6 months) Student @ From September 2009 to June 2013 (3 years 10 months) Marketing Intern @ During the Men's and Women's Basketball season I was assigned as an Intern with the Marketing Department in the Athletic Office to support either our Bronco Bench Foundation, Game-Day Operations or Ticket Sales. With the Bronco Bench Foundation (BFF), other interns and myself would set up and decorate a designated room for our Alumni, Sponsors and Donors. We would provide them with food, drinks and alcohol before tip-off and during halftime. Being one of the only interns above the age of 21, I was in charge of bartending for all alumni.
For Game-Day Operations, I was selected to work the camera crew on the floor. There I would record live feed images of the game being played, provide close-up plays of timeouts, free throws and all other in-game plays. During timeouts, I was responsible for shooting reactions to the crowd by finding kids dancing or the student section providing their tremendous school spirit.
In Ticket Sales I was responsible for checking all tickets in a certain area. As well as directing our Alumni to our Bronco Bench Foundation room for free food and drinks; as well as assisting others to their personal seats in the event center. From November 2012 to February 2013 (4 months) Recruiting Intern @ Sourced all incoming applications/resumes for the Sr. Recruiter. In charge of searching candidates on CareerBuilder, Monster and LinkedIn to find the best possible candidates for the job orders we were working on. Manually enter all data from in-person interviews, phone screens, emails and interviews with our clients into our system. Responsible for cleaning up, maintaining and providing easy access for the recruiters to access the specific information on our system. From October 2012 to November 2012 (2 months) HR Intern @ In charge of creating, editing, and maintaining the flies for all employees.In charge of placing office supplies and ordering business cards for all employees in our California and our International sites in Germany, Italy, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
Worked with setting up meetings, helped with the Payroll Team, and other small projects around the office. Assisted the Staffing/Recruiting Team by setting up personal schedules for the candidates who would be interviewing that day.
Assisted the Manufacturing Manager by setting up his personal records of all his clients. After the store closed I would mop the floor, clean the windows in the front, restock the front and wash all the dishes.
