He has presented to more than 400 national, regional, and state organizations and has written numerous articles. His first book, “10 Secrets of Execution,” is scheduled for publication this year.
Scott’s insights stem from a rich consulting and management career that includes C-suite experience in healthcare, quality management, and technology. He has been the COO of a major teaching hospital, executive vice president and practice lead of a global consulting firm, and founder and CEO of a technology company. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Health Services Administration, and he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2002, Scott received the Award for Individual Professional Excellence from the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development of the American Hospital Association.
