Reorganized division into specific Centers of Excellence with clearly identified core competencies and a well-defined solution delivery methodology which was leveraged to architect, build and support the global BI solutions portfolio. Business Partnership: Partnered with CFO, CIO and key business executives to establish lines of communication directly with the business where none had existed before.
