Customer Success Manager @ Huddle is an enterprise content collaboration platform that helps organizations across the globe to collaborate more intelligently and securely. As the only SaaS company to be FedRAMP, FISMA, and IL3 certified, Huddle is used by governments and regulated industries around the world.
As a Customer Success Manager, my role is to ensure customers adopt Huddle in order to receive the most value from our software. One of the ways in which I do this is by understanding their key organizational strategies to ensure all use cases and benefits of Huddle are explored. Specifically, I on-board new business, provide trainings and quarterly reviews, field technical questions, and provide consultative and strategic sessions to discuss long-term goals of the platform.
