Following this he started in 2012 with DIVItel into the mobile communication space. First as Project Manager and then becoming the Country Manager for CEE & UK. DIVItel offers professional services and consulting to mobile and fixed net operators across Europe and South & Central America.
On November 1st 2010 Rudolf started in a new position at iTANCIA GmbH (fka Partners in Europe GmbH) one of the leading value-add telecommunication and IT distributors in Europe. Rudolf is responsible for the D-A-CH region as general manager.
Since January 2005 Rudolf is managing the HiPath Medium Platforms Business Unit at Siemens Enterprise Systems (www.siemens.com/hipath).
Before joining the Siemens Venture Capital team in 2001, Rudolf was Investment Partner of Mustang Ventures. Before that, he acted as Vice President Sales Data/IP and was responsible for sales of VoIP and leading data/IP products to Siemens companies on three continents.
Rudolf started his career with Siemens at the components division in Munich. After three years, he left the company to join ASONIC AG in Munich. Over the next nine years, Hamann served as Networking Product Manager at ASONIC, spent three years running his own marketing and consulting business for IT vendors and distributors, and held the posts of Sales Director Central Europe and, later, Managing Director Central and Eastern Europe at Madge Networks, near Frankfurt.
1997 Rudolf returned to Siemens as Vice President Enterprise Products for Private Networks Networking Systems.
Rudolf graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich with a degree in economics and marketing and, subsequently, an MBA.
