Ronald D. Miller is an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur having visualized, founded built and sold five companies through management buyouts, private equity firms, private investors and public markets.
Ron’s success has been publicly recognized as a four time Inc. 500/5000 Award recipient and as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award Finalist.
Over the past 25 years, Ron has accumulated a wealth of experience in building, leading and empowering executives and teams to deliver extraordinary results. His rich mix of marketing, sales, IT, operations and financial experience has enabled him to see things others do not. He has an extensive track record of visualizing the strategic picture, defining opportunities and producing measurable results through disciplined and documented systems.
Currently, Ron is a partner in StartEngine, an equity crowdfunding platform and LA's largest tech accelerator. At StartEngine he helps entrepreneurs realize their dreams.
Ron also serves as CEO of Disability Group, Inc. leading a team in achieving the strategic objective of helping thousands of disabled Americans secure benefits.
Ron founded the San Diego Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and served for 3 years as the Chapter’s Chair. He is also a member of WPO/YPO where he has served on the executive committee. Ron is a member of the CNBC-YPO Chief Executive Network and the LA Mayor's Council on Technology and Innovation
Ron received his BA in Business Administration with distinction from Michigan State University – Broad College of Business and proceeded to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law.
Ron has taught innovative courses as an Instructor at the University of California Riverside, University of California San Diego and the University of Wisconsin. He developed the course curriculums and course workbooks.
Ron lives in Santa Monica, California with his wife and two children.

- Personally developed the first curriculum for environmental risk in real estate transactions course.
- Co-Authored "Environmental Site Assessments and Their Impact on Property Value", which was

- As a member of the Strategic Planning & Executive Committee executed a plan to take the company public via merger with NASDQ Pink Sheet Company.
