Working with the sales group to size cranes appropriate for the project as well as price each rental. Future scheduling and projections of crawler cranes across the country. Project planning. Forecast major repair down time to maximize uptime in the field. Work with the VP of Maintenance to help improve processes. Work with the CEO and CFO to prepare for future equipment purchases as well as sell older equipment in the fleet. Work with key accounts to help build and foster a strong relationship.Vice President National Crawler Division @ Responsible for the equipment allocation coast to coast, pricing, transportation and maintenance. From 2004 to Present (11 years) General Manager Crawler Division @ Responsible for maintenance and transportation of the equipment coast to coast.
