Managed international team of 4 recruiters building new head office telecom operation from scratch. Global Recruitment Project required 150 new hires in IT, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Legal and Finance as company moved their head office operations from London to Miami while undergoing corporate transformation from holding company to Telecom Operator with business units in 14 countries.

Led technical sourcing for Symantec/Veritas Chief Technology Office in preparation for spin-off and sale of company to Carlyle Group. This was a 4 month assignment to build Senior Management Technical Team to stand-up Veritas as an independent company following the completion of the sale by Symantec.
Technical focus at Sr. Director Level in: Software Engineering, Cloud Platforms, Product Management, Software Security and User Experience. Worked with hiring managers and on-site recruitment team.
