As founder of the company, Rhonda holds the position of President/Creative Director of Conry Design. Rhonda brings over 23 years of award-winning creative experience in the areas of brand development, advertising, print, multimedia and web design. Prior to Conry Design, she was one of the founders of TMINUS10, managing the vision and leadership of the TMINUS10 Creative Services Group -- a division that encompassed branding, design, content, user experience and marketing, as well as setting the creative tone on all client engagements.
Prior to that, Rhonda served as Associate Partner/Creative Director for US Web/MarchFIRST. There, she participated in setting the strategic direction and business objectives for the company as well as lead the creative direction on many large-scale web development engagements focusing on digital entertainment. She has worked closely with high-profile clients in a variety of industries, particularly entertainment. She also oversaw the entire NBC.com bi-coastal, 35 person team and handled the entire client relationship.
Rhonda also held the position of Art Director/Vice President at Levine & Company, a Venice Ad Agency for 5 years developing brands, comprehensive advertising campaigns and a variety of print-related materials for clients across the industry spectrum.
Rhonda holds a B.A. in Graphic Design/Advertising at California State University at Northridge, an A.A. in Fine Art/Design at Santa Monica College, both with honors, and has continued her fine art studies at Otis School of Art and Design over the years. Rhonda’s writings and art has been published in a variety of design books and she has won many design awards over her extensive design career. She continues to serve a role on the Advisory Board for the Art Institute of Los Angeles since 1998.
