Want to see more about me? ReneeInSF.com I love what I do! Call me a Tech geek that took Art classes; I live in the Technology, Creative/Design, Digital and Analytics world. I am also a Guinness World Record holder. My work for Google is focused on Engineering and driving best practices for Data Sciences talent acquisition. Working for Google is exceptional; the people inspire me everyday. Previously, I was in Dallas, Texas where I managed recruitment for several Omnicom advertising / marketing agencies with a focus on creative design, analytics and strategy hiring. For the last nine years, I have focused on Corporate Recruiting (Marketing-Creative, Analytics, Digital Technologies) and on Psychological studies. My two passions are Talent Acquisition and Psychology. Identifying and mentoring the individuals that play a role in the success of an organization is highly rewarding for me. The holistic evaluation of a candidate's background, soft skill, cultural fit, experience and career path allows me to incorporate my two passions.
