My wide-ranging assignments have given me a cross-cultural foundation allowing a unique perspective of business. From April 2014 to Present (1 year 9 months) Director Pressure Pumping Supply Chain Transformation @ From February 2013 to Present (2 years 11 months) BJ Services SAP Implementation Lead @ Led the Global BHI SAP Implementation for the acquisition of BJ Services, a $5.5B company. This was a multi-year project involving legacy BJ Services Product Lines beginning in the US and Canada then all 61 International countries. All Milestone dates, scope and budget were met. From September 2010 to January 2013 (2 years 5 months) Director, IT Fluids and Chemicals @ From May 2009 to October 2010 (1 year 6 months) Director, Business Process Development @ The team supports business process development around enterprise systems (SAP) and a variety of division specific systems (Atrion, LIMS,etc.). We perform internal process consulting for Baker Petrolite and are engaged in all functional areas of the business. We have established a formal governance process which is effective in assisting with communication, prioritization and funding with Sr. Management. I have held positions in Marketing, Cost Accounting, Procurement, Production and Inventory Control, Project Management and IT. From March 1985 to January 2009 (23 years 11 months) Various @ I worked in Sales and Marketing for a number of years and moved to the Mining Equipment Companies in Midland, Tx.
