From August 2007 to July 2010 (3 years) Head of Customer Knowledge @ In this leadership role, Prakash undertook an extensive review of Hutch customer knowledge capabilities, including technology, people, processes and importantly alignment to CEO/CMO priorities and strategies. He developed a detailed roadmap articulating strategy and execution plans to move forward.
