As an external project manager I help customers achieve tangible and sustainable value from our solutions. In the process I'm invested in converting our product users to champions and thereby helping take their individual careers to the next level. I did this by understanding their talent goals and:
♦ building change management plans and project managing execution to drive measurable improvement in user utilization, candidate experience and recruitment metrics that matter to them.
♦ providing in-depth product consultation & customized advice on recruitment processes from industry best practices.
♦ partnering with the Global Account Management Team on ingenious methods of delivering customer success.
Additionally I locally led an internal & global change initiative that impacted my team and the sales organization. To do so I prepared & delivered a communication plan and a reporting mechanism for the team of consultants which facilitated resource planning for the management and identification of macro trends in the region. From September 2013 to March 2015 (1 year 7 months) Gurgaon, IndiaMBA Intern in CoE Global Talent Acquisition, Corporate HQ @ ♦ Jointly built the 5-year strategy document for CoE Global Talent Acquisition with analysis of employee productivity and deduction of hiring needs in the full value chain across 45 countries.
♦ Designed a regional MBA rotation program and ambitious active sourcing techniques targeting gaps in leadership pipelines, hard-to-fill positions and emerging markets (APAC).
♦ Learned about 'Diversity & Inclusion' and brainstormed on action-items for leaders & employees.
