Resourcing Partner (Talent Acquisition) @ Responsibilities include:
Play a leading role in the development of the business recruitment strategy and talent planning.
Leading and managing the HR Recruitment deliver the required recruitment, retention, internal staff development activities necessary to get the right people with the right expertise/capabilities in the right places and retain them.
Responsible for full recruitment and retention of Technical contact centre employees.
To build annual recruitment plans with assistance from operations & unit managers
To operate a structured recruitment programme to fulfill business need.
To communicate recruitment schedule across the business
To research & identify appropriate & high quality candidate pools
To research and maintain a cost-effective advertising process.
To screen applications & CVs in-line with our equal opportunities policy
To deliver planned, regular recruitment sessions in line with operational needs.
To communicate with candidates and unit managers to ensure successful placements.
To ensure all relevant identification documentation is recorded in line with UK government regulations prior to confirming a candidate placement
To ensure all relevant company documentation is issued to the relevant unit within agreed time limits
To work as partners to the operations team and seek constant improvement to our resourcing processes
To plan and attend structured unit visits to maintain understanding of operational recruitment needs and offer support to the management team
