Both at Oracle and in his prior role as Vice President of Siebel Corporation, Paul was responsible for the development and execution of growth strategies across the Asia Pacific Region. In earlier roles, Paul was respectively CEO of publicly listed B2C ecommerce company Gocorp and Director of both Financial Services and Telecommunications for the German software company SAP.
