Talent Acquisition Manager @ Since joining Bazaarvoice the growth here has been explosive. The team in EMEA has now grown to well over 140 people representing close to 1000% growth across 5.5 years since I joined! We have hired levels of management across the organisation and considerably increased the teams sitting under these managers. We now have fully fledged sales, technical and client success teams working across the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Nordics as well as a fully established team in APAC.
I have overseen this growth working very closely with hiring managers (after hiring them!) here in Europe and in the US. Whole teams have spawned and I have worked closely on roles outside of the UK as well as those here seeing our presence grow from 1 person in France to 35 across other parts of Europe today.
