I currently serve as CEO of Advantek Waste Management Services, an TPG-backed oil and gas focused waste management company which we spun out of Advantek International. I joined Advantek International, a global oilfield consulting firm focused on hydraulic fracturing, geomechanics, and oilfield waste management, in 2012 after architecting its strategy and serving as a director of the company since its founding in 1999. Previous to joining Advantek, I served as the Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Elevance Renewable Sciences, a TPG and Total Ventures backed renewable chemical company, where I developed and executed the biorefining strategy which propelled the company's valuation from $40M to $850M in three years. I also serve on the board of Jobsync, a company which is developing technology to simplify recruiting for companies of all sizes. I believe that I have a demonstrated ability to craft and execute winning strategies, develop high-performance organizations, and create new revenue streams.
I hold a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

From August 2014 to Present (1 year 3 months) Houston, Texas AreaPresident @ Manage all day to day operations of this oilfield service company while developing its strategy for future growth. Transitioning the company from primarily consulting services into field operations leveraging the core expertise and relationships of the firm.
