At FreshBooks, I work on talent sourcing and strategy, employment branding projects, and creating great candidate experiences. My focus is on attracting and recruiting technical talent. This includes finding and hiring great developers, UX designers and Product Managers. I work closely with hiring managers, using a healthy dose of both empathy and metrics to meet goals.
FreshBooks is also a pretty great place to work. Our west-end Toronto office is a friendly and collaborative place where we get to build a customer-facing product that people really love.
